If you want to stay in a funky, fun, and cool place, Obviouzly Armchair is the place for you to be. We are in the hub of vibrant and bohemian Observatory, with a variety of pubs, restaurants, coffee shops and buzzing nightlife on the same strip.
You can chill on the upstairs balcony and absorb the life of Obz, soak up the sun in the secret garden and cafe area, or be entertained in our vibey 'old school pub' with unique features, eclectic décor and amazing music. Whilst relaxing in your favourite armchair or sitting around the bar watching live sport you can enjoy local dishes from our restaurant and chat to locals and travellers alike. On weekends you can indulge in our Bring & Braai from 12am onwards and/or a typical South African Potjie.
